All our classes are taught by experienced teachers and we keep them deliberately small in order to ensure that you have the best class experience and can learn at your own pace, receiving individual support from our teachers. All our classes are an hour in length and include warm up, stretching session, strength building and a range of pole spins and tricks.
We also offer Introduction to Pole Classes specifically designed for those new to pole to focus on the basic spins and sits and build strength.
